Cancellation requests must be received before delivery process starts ,once the delivery process starts client can not cancel the order.

CASH ON DELIVERY PARCEL: Client can return the parcel within 2 days of receiving the parcel at his own cost and Refund will be issued when parcel is received in good and same condition as dispatched.
GIFT PACKAGE PARCLES: (PAY AFTER DELIVERY)
If Client orders “GIFT PACKAGE” (in which only handling charges are applicable) and client agree to pay after the parcel is dispatched,Client can return parcel within 2 days of receiving parcel (must in good condition) at his own cost.If client will not pay his bill amount within 2 days or will not return parcel in good condition within 2 days of receiving the parcel ,Rs.500 penalty, legal expense and fees of legal personal will be charged from client.
ADVANCE PAYMENT PARCEL: If paid by credit card,debit card or online application refunds will be issued to the original credit card,debit card or same mobile number provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway , name payments refund will be made to the same account.
DELIVERY,BILLING & PAYMENT TERMS:
We are not responsible for any breakage ,damage or leakage during transportation or non delivery, late delivery or any delivery related issues.
Please claim this issues to Courier or Post services.Our risk and responsibility ceases as soon as the goods leave our premises.
Tax invoice will generate only after full payment has been received.
For payment confirmation,it is mandatory to send full payment screenshot with Transaction Id,date and time on Company’s payment confirmation number 9825877731

–Deposit is not Refundable.
-Company can offer credit , if Member/Distributor have good payment records.
-If any previous payment is pending, Member/Distributor can not place another order.
-Rs.100 per/kg (All over India) Courier Charges will be charged extra on every order.
-Company can cancel Membership/Distributorship anytime without prior Notice.
