By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. PAYMENT POLICY

1.1 Pay After Delivery (PAD)
• All PAD orders must be paid within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery.
• Failure to make payment within 48 hours will result in a charge of ₹500 towards administrative and recovery expenses.

1.2 Payment Confirmation Requirement
• After making payment, the customer must send a clear screenshot of full payment along with the Transaction ID to our Customer Care WhatsApp number:

• Screenshots without a visible Transaction ID will not be accepted.
• Partial payments are strictly not valid and will not be treated as settlement of the order amount.


2. NON-PAYMENT / NON-RETURN POLICY
• If the customer neither makes the payment nor returns the parcel within 48 hours, it shall be treated as wrongful retention of goods.
• The company reserves the right to initiate legal recovery proceedings.
• A fixed charge of ₹2000 will be applied towards legal notice and recovery expenses, in addition to the original product value.
• These charges represent actual administrative, legal, and operational costs incurred due to default.


3. RETURNS POLICY

If you do not wish to keep the parcel:
• The parcel must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
• It must be sealed, unused, and in original condition.
• Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.

Important Return Instructions:
• Clearly mention the registered mobile number used while placing the order.
• Write the complete and readable address.
• The mobile number written on the parcel must match the number used at the time of booking.

Failure to provide the correct registered mobile number will result in non-entry of the return request.


4. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted under any circumstances.
• Cancellation requests must be sent to the company’s official email ID.
• Requests sent to the Order Department WhatsApp number will not be accepted.


5. DAMAGE / BREAKAGE POLICY
• If the parcel is damaged or broken at the time of delivery, the customer must immediately lodge a complaint with the delivery partner at the time of receipt.
• The company shall not be responsible for damages caused during transit.
• Any damage-related return must be mentioned clearly in the return request as per policy.


6. REFUND POLICY
• Refunds are applicable only in cases where the company approves a valid return as per the Returns Policy.
• No refund will be issued for:
• Used products
• Opened or damaged products (not reported at delivery)
• Late return requests (after 2 days)
• Orders cancelled after dispatch
• Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, refund approval will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be processed through:
• Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
• Bank transfer (customer must provide correct bank details in writing).
• Administrative, courier, or legal charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


7. CALL RECORDING & CUSTOMER CONSENT
• For order verification, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and customer safety purposes, the company’s telecallers may record calls made to confirm or process your order.
• If you do not consent to call recording, you may clearly inform the caller at the beginning of the conversation.
• However, if you place an order and do not object to call recording during the call, it shall be deemed that you have provided your voluntary consent for the recording of that conversation.
• These recordings may be used as proof of order confirmation in case of disputes.


8. DISCLAIMER
• All products are made using natural ingredients.
• Customers are advised to conduct a patch test or lab test before use.
• The company will not be held responsible for any personal skin, scalp, or hair reactions.


9. LEGAL JURISDICTION
• These Terms & Conditions are framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• All disputes, claims, and legal matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Vadodara Courts only.
